Forming Process Of Chemical Sheet

     Titanium Plate is widely recognized because of its advantages such as high strength, light weight and good rigidity of structure. High strength titanium alloy $modeltype is not only used in aviation field, but also an important candidate material for structural parts in other industrial fields such as automobile and chemical industry. The formability of $modeltype alloy sheet at room temperature is very limited, springback is very large after forming, which brings many problems to traditional stamping and pressure forming. In spite of high temperature, the forming limit of $modeltype alloy sheet will be improved and springback will decrease, but the room temperature forming has a great advantage in saving cost.Chemical Sheet

     The rolling form is a forming method which makes the metal billet gradually deformed by rotating rolls, and is suitable for the structural parts with high forming strength and limited formability, and is used in the automobile industry more and more, mainly for forming ultra-high strength steel, high-strength steel and so on. Because the springback angle of the material is small and the springback compensation can be carried out through simple and easy method, the rolling form is an effective method for the $modeltype alloy plate room temperature forming process.Chemical Sheet

    In this paper, the forming and springback behavior of 2mm thick high-strength $modeltype alloy sheet after 820 ℃ annealing treatment was studied in laboratory. The original microstructure of the $modeltype alloy plate was composed of 93.86% equiaxed α phase and 6.14% β phase, and the average grain size was 1.3μm±0.7μm.Chemical Sheet

    The tensile test results show that when the anisotropy is larger and the direction of rolling is 45°, the yield strength of the specimen is the lowest, the elongation rate is higher, and the specimen will break quickly when the ultimate strength is reached. The forming limit test test is done on the device with hemispherical punch, and the diameter of the hemisphere punch is 60mm. An optical strain measurement system with 4 advanced CCD cameras is used to record the complete deformation process of each specimen. The deformation behavior of different strain paths is tested by designing different specimen shapes.Chemical Sheet
